Tentaka Shuzo Organic Sake
Tentaka Shuzo is one of the few organic brewery certified by Japan, the United States, and European Union. Organic rice blessed with the sun and the motherland grows strongly – its soul will not be lost even after many brewing processes. They have a strict organic Nihonshu brewing process, carefully select machines, substances, and even materials for a broom. They pay close attention to every detail to produce our products.
Organic sake "Tentaka" is made only from rice and jiuqu. All the rice is "organic rice" produced based on the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS method). In addition to delivering high-quality and delicious sake by sticking to rice cultivation, as a brewery with the community, we will promote rice cultivation that does not burden the environment as much as possible with cooperating farmers, and create rich and beautiful nature in the future. I want to connect with the children.
Organic rice, which has received the blessings of the sun and the earth and has grown vigorously, does not lose its organicity even after undergoing various brewing processes. We have rigorously established procedures for brewing organic sake, and have commercialized the equipment and materials used, as well as the materials used for cleaning brooms, with the utmost care. When you drink the organic sake "Tentaka", you will feel the sweetness and umami of rice straight.

Like their founder always said - “If it’s not dry, it’s not sake.” They have passed down what our second head of the brewery sought - “Smooth sake that you’ll never get tired of”- and they have been brewing only dry sake.
