It is a junmai daginjo sake made by polishing rice produced in Tochigi up to 50% and aged long-term in a low temperature storage.It has a high content of rice koji (more than 20%) so you can fully taste the flavor of rice. It is handmade sake of ginjo preparation.A junmai daginjo sake with a colorful fruity flavor and a puffy plump taste.
