Description

A special pure rice sake made from the rice "Nihonbare" selected from the western part of Ibaraki prefecture (Furukawa, Sowa, Sanwa, Tsukuba). Since the rice is milled and brewed 10% more than usual, it has a clean mouth while retaining the aroma and swelling taste of pure rice sake. You can enjoy it cold or hot.

 

AOKI SHUZO, is located in Uonuma city, Niigata prefecture, known as one of the snowiest regions in Japan. Established since 1717, they have been brewing Sake continuously for over 300 years.
